Placing an Order:
Online Shopping: You can place your order
online using the convenient shopping cart. By opening the
web page
with
the
detailed view of the item you will see the “add to cart” button
to the right of the image. Just click on the “add to
cart” button and you will begin your Paypal checkout.
The shopping cart allows you to purchase one item or multiple
items with a single payment. Paypal will take care of your
checkout and total. Paypal is an easy, quick, and secure method
of payment utilizing the SSL protocol, featuring the highest
level of security.
Via Email: If you would like to place your
order offline please send me
an email with the item name, your name
and contact information, and I will do my best to reserve that
item for you. Please note that the quickest way to ensure product
availability is to purchase online. After I receive your order
via email, I will notify you of where to send your personal
check or money order.
International Orders: International orders are welcome. Please
contact me via email PRIOR to purchase to discuss options for
placing your order.
Payment:
Preferred method of payment is PayPal. In addition to PayPal, I will accept
personal checks or money orders drawn on U.S. banks. Please contact me via email
if you would like to pay by check or money order.
Shipping and Handling:
All jewelry will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service first
class mail. U.S. shipping and handling $3.00. Shipping insurance
and Priority mail is available upon request. Your item will
be mailed within 1 to 3 days of payment confirmation. Please
allow 5 to 7 days for personal checks to clear before item is shipped.
*All orders shipped to a California address will be charged
9.25% sales tax.
International Orders: please
contact me via email PRIOR to purchase to discuss shipping
options for your location.
Returns:
Items may be returned in their original and unused
condition for a full refund (less shipping) or store credit, within 15 days of receipt. Please
email me
if you are not satisfied with your jewelry and would like
to return it. All returns must be accompanied by the original
receipt. Upon return, I will issue you a refund or store credit for another
item.
Customer Service:
My customers are very important to me and I appreciate your

Guarantee:
I take great
pride in my craftsmanship and the quality of each jewelry piece.
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping or
shows a defect in craftsmanship I will repair your item at
no cost or offer you a refund or store credit. Please note* gemstones
are natural materials derived from the earth and may have markings,
inclusions, unusual colors, or irregular shapes. These aspects
are natural to the stones and are considered part of their
beauty.
One-of-a-Kind Availability:
Please be careful to check the availability of items. Most of my jewelry pieces are "one-of-a-kind" and
will not be reproduced. If you see something you like and the item is sold, I may be able to create a similar
design for you. If you see
something you like, grab it
quickly! As soon as a jewelry piece is sold I will
create something new to take its place. So, please remember
to check back often as new items will be added frequently!
Custom Orders:
Custom orders and special requests are always welcome. I will be happy to work with you
to personalize your jewelry.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars, and subject to change
without notice. Additional charges may apply for re-sizing
or other
adjustments.
